About the opportunity
Reporting to the ‘Head Of P26 PIVOT Operations’, you will provide analytical, and reporting support services for the P26 PIVOT function to achieve the enterprise programme objectives. You will ensure the project performance is accurately recorded, reported, monitored and governed. Ultimately, helping the project sponsors in achieving project goals.

Provide reporting analysis and insights against KPIs across the Portfolio, support P26 PIVOT function enterprise governance forums - including pack preparations, facilitating forums, minute & action taking and ensuring all governance requirements are metProvide dashboard reporting on project, program & portfolio metrics to track progress against Post26 strategic objectives and maintaining data governance/quality within the Enterprise Portfolio Project Management (PPM) toolAdopting the project management best practices in a way that encourages collaboration, standardisation and overall improvement in project resultsProvide visibility over the health of the projects in the portfolioand educate existing and new resources in P26 PIVOT on the use of reporting systems, and utilise these efficiently
About You
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with a proven track record of delivering Senior Project Management Office support in a variety of projects/programs in diverse and complex organisationsStrong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in an IT environmentStrong knowledge Project Management Office activities – incl. status reporting, benefits tracking, dependencies, sequencingGreat attention to detail, strong presentation skills, ability to analyse large data sets Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and with impact, both verbally and in writingHow we’ll deliver for you
