Senior Planner, Investment, PMX Lift

PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace executing data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way. **Overview** Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched its new Advanced Video (ATV) practice, PMX Lift, in 2021. PMX Lift combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Epsilon and direct-integrations with media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement across Addressable TV, CTV, and OTT video. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Planner to join our Investment team and support the development of PMX Lift campaigns to drive sales growth and expand client demand. This role offers high-visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, invaluable experience in the ever-evolving ATV landscape and on the fastest-growing practice at PMX, and the opportunity to work across a variety of client brands and verticals. Candidates must have experience and comfortability in a client-facing role, experience working in a planning/investment capacity, and a hardworking, entrepreneurial spirit. Ideal candidates should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, as well as have a level of expertise in the ATV and video landscape and/or in audience-based buying. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations **Responsibilities** The Investment team, as a whole, is responsible for campaign buying approach and tactical planning. Senior Planners report into a Supervisor and are responsible for campaign planning across 1 or more agency client groups. + Manage the strategic and tactical planning of ATV campaigns, including but not limited to: + Requesting and reviewing proposals from vendors + Determining strategic budget allocation based on client goals and audiences + Sharing recommendations with agency teams; inclusive of tactical approach and strategic rationale for each campaign + Partner with Activation and/or Measurement team to: + Execute buys and QA/troubleshoot, as needed + Track in-flight campaigns + Campaign measurement set up + Campaign reporting, including QA and actionable insights generation + Complete billing/invoice reconciliation in a timely manner + Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to ensure campaign success + Ensure all parties are meeting deadlines and providing required deliverables to keep campaigns on track (e.g., partnering with Activation team in leading status calls with partners, tracking workstreams and owners) + Identify areas to improve and expand current procedures + Collaborate with Client Enablement and Measurement teams to support full campaign cycles **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree + 2-3 years agency/media experience, in a strategic, media planning, or investment/buying role + Experience working on client business/in a client service-oriented role + Background in CTV, ATV (including Addressable TV), DDL, and/or OTT – _preferred_ + Experience with ATV platforms (e.g., Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku) – _preferred_ + Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams, with evolving priorities + Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills with peers and clients + Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and vendors + Strong qualitative/analytical skills with attention-to detail to produce accurate work + Maintains a positive, hand-raising attitude and takes initiative on projects + Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word **Additional information** **Benefits** We offer best-in-class wellness and benefits offerings, including: + Paid Time Off (PTO), including flexible vacation, annual sick days, volunteer days, holiday and identity days, and more + Paid Family Care for parents and caregivers for 12 weeks or more + Monetary assistance and support for adoption, surrogacy and fertility + Monetary assistance and support for pet adoption + Employee and Tuition Assistance programs to help you invest in your future + Health & Wellness and Comfort reimbursements to help you invest in your work-life balance + Business Resource Groups that support multiple affinities and alliances + ‘Work Your World’ Program encouraging employees to work from anywhere Publicis Groupe has an office for up to 6 weeks a year (based upon eligibility) + Flexible working arrangements + Donation and gift matching programs Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
