Senior PhysiotherapistRowley Hall Hospital - StaffordHours: 37.5 hrs per weekShifts: Variable to include evenings and weekend working

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist, who is passionate about delivering excellent standards of care, to join our committed Physiotherapy Team at Rowley Hall Hospital. You will be delivering exceptional standards of clinical care to in-patients and out-patients.

You will have the opportunity to broaden your experience by managing a stimulating case mix which includes the following:

Orthopaedic, spinal, podiatric and surgical in-patientsMSK, womens health and post-operative out-patientsPre and post-op joint schoolsGym rehabilitation

As a professional member of our team your key responsibilities will include:

The provision of high quality clinical care that is evidence based, safe, effective, caring and responsive to our patients needsTo write and review treatment plans of complex MSK conditions to maximise patient recoveryTo manage own caseload, time management and diary arrangementsTo act in a manner which respects privacy, dignity and confidentialityTo be able to provide/lead individual and group rehabilitation programmesA commitment to new and existing Physiotherapy Service DevelopmentCompliance with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participation in clinical audit and other quality assurance processesA commitment to EBP and CPD

It is essential that the ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 5 years’ experienceCurrent registration with the HCPCComprehensive understanding of CSP standardsExcellent communication skills – written and oralExcellent customer care skillsA good standard of computer literacyThe ability to work within a team and independentlyWillingness to flex working hours to the needs of the businessWillingness to work evenings and weekends on a rota basisPrevious clinical supervisory experienceWillingness to work off-site at a satellite clinic & gym & Day Surgery Unit

It is desirable that the ideal candidate will have:

Training in SWT and acupunctureClinical Educator experience
