Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences in hiring a remote Sr. Pharmacy Technician. This role is remote / work from home. Please read below and apply below. **Type:** One year contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm CST **Pay:** $22.50 to $23.68 an hour • Conduct high volume outbound calls to patients, providers and pharmacies with regards to medication adherence and other pharmacy initiatives. • Assist patients in refilling their medications, reach out to the prescribers office if a member requires additional refills on their maintenance medications. • Utilize prescription claims data as well as patient interview to engage patients in taking and filling their medication. • Clarify information as needed with patients physician office and/or pharmacy. • Coordinate with the Clinical Pharmacist to ensure that any discrepancies between medications are reviewed, evaluated, and clarified and patient questions are addressed. • Facilitate documentation of patient outreach in required systems. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED • Current and unrestricted pharmacy technician licensure in state of residence • Current national technician certification (PTCB) • 5+ years of experience working as a pharmacy technician • Ability to navigate MS Office and Windows-based environment Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Medicare Advantage • Experience performing medication reviews and patient outreach • Ability to recognize potential drug discrepancies and barriers to adherence **Pay Details:** $22.50 to $23.68 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
