The Senior Performance Engineer will be responsible for driving initiatives improving the effectiveness of the Engineering function. Providing effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Deep technical expertise within a field. Holding comprehensive knowledge of underlying principles, approaches and methodology
As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Processing tracking, metrics tracking
Acting as responsible for headcount and various other data collections that are used for ultimate decision making
Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes
Viewing internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline
Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space.
Communicating solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.

To be successful in this role you will:
Degree Educated or demonstrated equivalent expertise gained in a professional technical environment such as Drilling, Completions etc.
Prior experience in Operations and improvement of Process.
Have established project management skills.
Be able to demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects.
Able to work with analytical date and put together case study and solutions.
