**Core Responsibilities**
+ Provide strategic partnering and advice to heads of entities within LEGO Holdings, setting directions for the people agenda.
+ Facilitate change management and enable organizational development, focusing on talent management and engagement.
+ Act as a trusted mentor for leaders, improving performance and team efficiency, and co-develop effective leadership teams.
+ Lead the deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence, ensuring flawless execution.
+ Oversee pragmatic recruitment prioritization and organizational governance within assigned business units.
+ Leverage Centers of Excellence to address business needs, including global reward, BSO, and mobility.

The LEGO Group's People, Places & Culture (PPC) organization encompasses four key areas: Talent, Reward & Insights, Diversity & Inclusion, and Partnering & Operations. The Partnering & Operations team is responsible for HR business partnering and local operations, including employee relations, benefits, and policies. This team develops and implements the people and culture agenda in alignment with LEGO Group's strategic direction, providing tailored solutions that respect geographical and site-specific nuances!

**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in global, matrixed organizations, with a proven track record in strategic organizational development and driving change, including Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
+ Proven experience in capability building and partnering with senior leaders at the SVP level.
+ Strong collaborator management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, managing relationships at all organizational levels and with external institutions.
+ Extensive business understanding, with experience in project management and using data to inform proposals and influence decisions, particularly in compensation and statutory reporting.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with experience in medium to large-scale transformations.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in or partnering with innovative or creative organizations, including startups.
+ Strong business insight, flexibility, structured thinking, and a collaborative approach.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across different units and levels within the organization, with experience in digital, commercially-focused businesses as a strong asset.
