The LEGO Group's Global People Partner Projects (G3P) Core Team is seeking visionary individuals to join our innovative Flex Partner Model. This is an opportunity to expand and redefine your role as a People Partner, fostering your talents and building meaningful connections across ELT business areas and PPC. Please note the work location is either Billund, Denmark or London, UK and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Drive and engage in a variation of key priorities applying your People Partner skills and toolbox across ELT areas, collaborating with partner colleagues, business leaders, and COE teams.
+ Make your People Partner capabilities a strategic value to how we shape and deploy PPC priorities across COE and ELT area activities, being both hands-on and as coaching and input giver.
+ Leverage your People Partner experience to be able to onboard fast into a variety of business areas and business LTs stepping in as interim short-term strategic partner when critical needs arise to maintain momentum on key business priorities.
+ Operate with autonomy within our agreed priorities, and keep encouraging innovation and practice learning from experience as we keep evolving, scaling and refining the flexible partner concept

**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Proven experience in People Partnering roles with a strong track record of driving organizational impact.
+ Excellent skills in facilitation, orchestration, and leading through others, with the ability to work effectively in complex environments.
+ Strong strategic and tactical thinking, with the capability to influence, create followship and shape strategic priorities.
+ Exceptional collaboration and networking abilities, adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
+ Self-directed with a proactive, can-do attitude.
