**Core Responsibilities**
+ Provide strategic partnership to key VPs in Digital Technology, offering guidance that aligns with LEGO Group’s broader value chain objectives.
+ Facilitate organizational change and capability building, support leadership in organizational development and talent management, and drive the engagement agenda.
+ Serve as a trusted coach and sparring partner to enhance leadership performance and team efficiency.
+ Apply Agile HR methodologies to manage volatility, enhance adaptability, and strengthen the organization.
+ Co-develop the leadership team with the BU leader, fostering effective teamwork.
+ Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence to ensure HR processes meet the demands of a leading Digital Tech workforce.
+ Oversee recruitment prioritization and organizational governance, ensuring alignment with design principles like spans and layers.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
As part of the LEGO Group’s People, Places & Culture (PPC) organization, you will work within the Partnering & Operations team, which encompasses HR business partnering and local operations. This team develops and implements the people and culture agenda in alignment with the LEGO Group’s strategic direction. You will collaborate with a network of partners across the organization, focusing on the Global Digital Technology sector!
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Proven experience in HR roles within global, matrixed organizations, specifically in leading technology companies.
+ Strong collaborator management and communication skills, effective across all organizational levels and external entities.
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to integrate both traditional and new approaches.
+ Proficiency in making data-driven decisions, particularly in compensation and statutory reporting, and understanding business insights using tools such as achievements and breakthroughs.
+ Ability to effectively balance multiple priorities and deadlines, with an open-minded, collaborative approach.
