About the role

TMHCC Pega Practice consist of more than 50 strong Pega professionals. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join this practice as a “Pega Senior Engineer”. Selected candidate will report to Head of Pega Practice and work with Product Teams aligned to the business lines like London Market, Financial Line, Trade Credit and Finance.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of user story and deliver them using Pega skills.Work with Product Manager on sprint planning and risk assessment (RAID).Coordinate Onsite- Offshore teams and drive the team delivery. Responsible for Coding, designing solutions compliant to Pega guardrails.Mentoring Team members on project cadence and technology ramp up. – Is this required for Sr EngineerProven track record of being a team player focused on building and growing people.

Skills:

PEGA Certified Senior system architect (CSSA) on Pega 8+ version.Experience in designing BPM solutions using Pega Centre Out Architecture for large organisations.Experience in building Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), Data Model, Process Flows, UI, and reusable components.Expert in System design, development, integration and testing.Expert in BAU processes (Data Fixes/manual workaround), customer support (Incidents).Experience in service management including, Change control, Asset management, Problem Management, Release and Deployment.Knowledge of Security and Privacy, and Data Protection policy implementation. Good to have knowledge of insurance domain.Overall, 6 to 7 years of experience in IT application development, configuration or testing experience, preferably on Pega Platform.Strong coding skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsShould be Team Player and self-starter. Pega knowledge up to date with latest version roll out.Good time management skills
