Are you ready to take your payroll expertise to the next level? Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Payroll Representative in our Payroll team supporting our Belgium and France locations.

As a Senior Payroll Representative, your primary mission is to ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time, adhering to country-specific tax legislation, labor conditions, and company policies. You will be the backbone of our payroll operations, performing and coordinating administrative and control activities with precision and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Efficient Payroll Management: Deliver Payroll, Time & Absence, and Data Management services efficiently and productivelyConfidential Processing: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and accuracyTimely Payments: Ensure employees and local authorities receive accurate and timely paymentsCompliance & Audits: Perform activities in line with Dow's internal control and compliance framework, including internal and external auditsEmployee Support: Act as an escalation point for employee queries related to payroll mattersProject Representation: Represent the Payroll team in various projects, improvements, and change initiativesQuery Management: Delegate and escalate queries appropriately, maintaining responsibility through to completion

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of payroll experiencePrior experience in internal controls and audits is preferredFluency in English and French is mandatory. Other European language(s) is a plus

Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience of ADP Streamline Payroll, Workday, ServiceNow, and SAPCross-Functional Experience: Understanding of organizational interdependencies and experience working across functions and culturesOperational Expertise: Experience in high-volume payroll environmentsProblem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesCoordination and Communication Skills: This role requires substantial coordination with various internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing accountability and ownership of data and processesOrganizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work
