Senior Partner Rep, Key & General, Indonesia
**SENIOR PARTNER REP, KEY & GENERAL** **WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** We are seeking a Senior Partner Representative, Key & General Partners - Indonesia to join our office in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will report to Manager, Key & General Partners Indonesia and be a part of the larger Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) Marketplace Partners team. This role emphasizes collaboration within a dynamic team environment to deliver impactful results across SEA&I marketplace. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** This role will work as part of the Nike Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) team to support and drive strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with Key & General Partners, who authenticate our brand in SEA&I marketplace. We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies, stay current on product & product changes, and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business. + Minimum 5-7 years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Retail or sales experience is preferred, with knowledge of Team Sales, and Merchandising Sales. + Ability to use financial data for decision-making to maximize account profitability. + Experience developing seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. + Proven leadership and teamwork abilities to foster and maintain high-profile partnerships. + Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and organizational levels. + Fluency in order tracking, sales and stock management, product launch coordination, and related execution tasks. + Knowledge of sports culture and trends is a plus. **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** You will drive Nike product sales by developing strategic assortments, forecasts, and product plans, delivering impactful presentations, managing orders and product launches, maintaining strong customer relationships, and staying updated on product developments. + Optimize Nike product sales by delivering accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. + Increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning, and delivering clear and persuasive product and brand presentations. + Identify product opportunities and implement product strategies. + Display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business. + Solicit and submit orders and ensure timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries, and delivery of information. + Stay updated on product and product changes.
