Job DescriptionReporting to the Vice President, Paid Media Lead, you will create impact within our paid Social team and Paid Media capability. We take pride in our achievements and clients, setting us apart in the industry.
You'll contribute by developing Jellyfish's paid social media offering and supporting the roll-out of associated methodologies and techniques across other international offices. You'll bring leadership, clear structure, and methodology to the paid social offering, creating how to use social across single-service or integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
You will work with the VP, Paid Media, and your peers across capabilities to evaluate new technologies, formats, data sources, media, and technology vendors on both a global and local scaleSupport the agency vision and act as the lead for the Jellyfish social teamYou'll be an agency champion and expert across paid socialYou will help identify commercial opportunities and collaborate with agency leadsWork in close partnership with leading social media platforms and the Jellyfish Partnerships team to generate maximum value for our clientsHelp create unique use cases for our clients, leveraging opportunities with our platform partners.Ensure the correct level of time and resource is being allocated to campaigns and that client budgets are being usedContribute to measurable success in growing the agency's revenue and profitability from social mediaSupport the business development team with pitches, and develop the paid social team so that they too can help win client pitchesBe both strategic and operational in managing client relationships, ensuring excellence in execution while driving innovative solutions to meet client goalsQualificationsProficiency in working across integrated digital marketing campaigns that may require cross-channel collaboration with PPC, SEO, Display, Content Marketing, Email and Creative strategistsSkills using technology and processes involved in running high-spending paid social campaigns8+ years experience in Paid Media and Paid SocialFamiliarity with social strategy and planning at an enterprise level, on large and often complex campaignsGreat at working with media planners and can respond to briefsYou'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.You'll seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.You will create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, and valuing and respecting diverse contributions.Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver results.
