The Role:
As a Senior Packaging Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion of client
projects while ensuring client satisfaction. You will manage projects to ensure execution of all tasks;
including assisting in organizing, managing and communicating with resources that deliver all the work
required to complete a project. This position will manage all aspects to help ensure project success to the
highest-quality delivery standard within time, cost and scope.

organized Resource Planning – handle resources needed to map out intended client projects in a capacity plan
for review against other work in progress Oversight - manage the project and timing plan throughout the project lifecycle to track progress
and adjust for any changes that may be necessary Secure approvals at all stages of the workflow process QA – help countercheck work to meet quality standard and tasks and projects are completed
properly to ensure client satisfaction Monitor project problems to ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner Stakeholder management - handle communications with stakeholders, owning meeting schedules
to achieve effective communication and exchange information between all key stakeholders POC - primary liaison with Production Studio
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in managing packaging products for FMCG brands Strong understanding of the packaging graphics industry Knowledge in Production Art, Reprographics and various print processes Has a deep understanding in packaging print production process and requirements Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead customer meetings without oversight Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize in high-pressure situations
