The position
As an Organisational Development and Change Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Organisational Development, Change, or HR with a focus on OD. Experience with change projects and restructures. Experience with internal communications is highly desirable. Experience in developing leadership and whole business HR programs to influence culture. Must have full working rights in Australia.
