**Experience Required:**
+ Java-based CMS Experience: Must have 10+ years of experience with Java-based CMS, ideally Oracle WebCenter Sites or any other Java-based CMS.
+ Web Application Development: Must have 10+ years of experience in web application development.
+ Backend Development: Good to have experience in backend development using Java or Spring Boot.
+ Experience in working as part of fast paced agile development team
**Responsibilities:**
+ Take end-to-end responsibility for delivery of requirements pertaining to update, enhancement of Customer’s Marketing Website or web application.
+ Break complex requirements into simple tasks and assign them to team members.
+ Guide and mentor offshore team members and work closely in implementing solutions.
+ Collaborate with UI, CMS, and API teams for integrations and new requirements.

+ Ability to manage and coordinate with offshore teams.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
