Wealth Personal Banking is a Global Function that brings together areas of financial fraud management and is dedicated to implementing the most effective global standards for use across the bank to combat financial crime.
Team supports SAS EFM is a best-in-class transaction fraud detection/monitoring application and AFIS service as integration layer for HSBC.
This is for a Global role working on projects in Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Americas, current install base is for 25 countries.
Role location is in Mexico, but team is geographically dispersed with other team members in India, UK and US, and regional teams located in Hong Kong and Mexico
Overall department has moved to Agile/POD organization, this specific role is part of Global Fraud Core platform POD.
Global Fraud Core platform POD supports the distributed SAS EFM and AFIS environments on distributed platform.
Build/configuration of SAS EFM (Transaction Fraud Monitoring System) and AFIS (Authentication and Fraud Integration Service) Oracle databases, ensure initial setups are correct.
Monitoring/support of databases and enhance our capabilities in this area.
Drive performance tuning of the application
Main Activities:
