Join us! **Job Description:** This role is responsible for providing analytical support in a Global Markets operations function for all the main products Cash Equities, Fx & Derivatives, Fixed Income. This person will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of highly complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and/or coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. Manage projects and/or the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services, and processes and coordinate necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and/or products. The role demands full understanding of local regulation. Operational support for derivatives and FX across multiple lines of business, including trading and transactional activities aligned to best practices, and regulatory local and global standards. Volume and project support increasing across all GM levels **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the general Global Markets processing activities + Supervise / perform trade confirmation for Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Money Market, securities lending, cash equities, derivatives, collateral management. + Supervise / perform trade processing flow for all products: deal confirmation tracking, coupon and dividend payments, collateral allocation, IPO’s, Repos allocation. + Responsibility / supervisory for regulatory reporting generation. + Ensure all trades for all products are reconciled, allocated and registered on the Back Office platforms. + Escalate / follow up any trade settlement fail, break or difference with the Front Office, clients / counterparts, brokers or local/global management. + Manages post-trade management and logistics, settlement pricing and closing coordination. + Analyses and resolves highly complex operational problems. + Full understanding of local regulation and implementation of any change. + Processes loans end-to-end with accurate data input into various credit and operating systems + Expert Excel knowledge, detail orientation, ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask, excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet tight deadlines, ability and willingness to continuously learn on the job, ability to problem solve and take ownership of process improvements, ability to work in a team environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with various stakeholders **Required skills:** + Preferable previous experience in regulatory reporting (Derivatives, money market, equities, deposits, etc) + Preferable Knowledge of financial products (Derivatives, Equities, FICC) + Ethical + Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions + Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward + Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs – is a continuous learner + Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change. + Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base + Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
