As a Senior Operations Specialist II- Assignment Process in Mortgage, you will partner with other lines of business to improve the customer experience. You will be responsible for processing and completing cases assigned that will involve guiding our vendors and customers through the process of clearing the chain of title of their existing mortgage loan. You will provide continuous feedback and serve as an escalation point to ensure service levels are met.
Job responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert regarding the document execution process to our customers, internal partners, and approved third partiesCommunicate with vendors regularly via email, phone, conference calls, and email to customer inquiries that answer questions, explain the process, or provide process status updatesCreate assignments to fulfill client requests of chain of title completionInfluence customers, internal partners, and external third parties in such a way that promotes process completionValidate the accuracy of all documentation involved in the completion of customer casesOperate with a sense of urgency and use problem solving skills to resolve any issues that ariseRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of mortgage servicing experience with a broad knowledge of the mortgage loan process including but not limited to origination and closingCustomer-focused mindset that prioritizes the customer experienceDetail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently within given timelines and the ability to maintain composure and function calmly in a highly stressful environmentAbility to independently think, operate, and prioritize case load effectively with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with customers, peers, third parties, investors, and all levels of managementDemonstrated time management, organization, and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Chase Servicing SystemsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
