Job Description:

We're currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager to be responsible for leadership, direction and oversight of BU operations, delivering an efficient and effective end to end service.

Responsibilities

Drive continual improvement across key measures of efficiency, quality, people, service delivery and compliance. 

Represent the business appropriately in client facing meetings

Define and shape future change and improvements to enable client satisfaction

Maintain key relationships with other business areas, clients and other stakeholders, and convert client aspirations into operational delivery

Establish strategies and direct the activities needed for hiring, succession planning, training, assigning, directing, evaluating, rewarding and retaining employees

Accountability for Health & Safety across the business area

About You

Strategy execution, planning and organising skills

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Excellent knowledge and understanding of operating principles, practices, and procedures as well as commercial awareness

Ability to analyse and interpret operational data, prepare business reports and translate client needs into technical solutions.

Ability to champion innovation and continuous improvement
