We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Client Operations team at Marsh Australia. This role will be based in Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Your role is to provide accurate, efficient and timely production of complex invoicing tasks. In this role you will demonstrate increased technical expertise, strong subject matter expertise, and second level/more complex issue resolution. You will exhibit leadership skills and work delegation. You will execute same tasks as Operations Specialist I as necessary.
We will count on you to:
Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex client invoicing for our Risk Management/Corporate/Specialities business practices.Maintains a basic/intermediate understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships with various business stakeholders.Adheres to Company policies and performance standardsContributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) , Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectivesUpskilling less experienced/new starter colleagues on invoicingWork alongside the Fiduciary Operations Team leader on ad hoc Fiduciary projects and provide back up support in the absence for the Fiduciary Operations Team leader.What you need to have:
High School Certificate or equivalent.Ideally someone with right level of insurance experience (general insurance).Preferably with Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License.At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar client service/operational role in general insurance or life-related field.What makes you stand out:
