Description:
Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to join their mining company based in Limpopo.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficiency. Lead teams, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior staff. Monitor system and equipment performance, addressing inefficiencies or failures. Plan and execute projects while managing timelines, budgets, and objectives. Develop and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Manage operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering GCC Mines & Works (Electrical/Mechanical) 4 years’ post GCC experience in hard rock mining as an Engineer Extensive mechanised underground mining experience Valid Drivers’ License
