Minimum qualifications:
+ 6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, or finance, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
+ 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
+ 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
+ Experience in business operations, strategic planning, or related roles within a technology or trust and safety context.
+ Experience in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
+ Experience with resourcing management.
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across Google.
As a Senior Operations and Planning Lead, you will provide centralized leadership and strategic direction for key workstreams, contributing to the mission of enabling cohesion and empowering Trust and Safety. You will drive operational excellence, business insights, and ensure alignment with Google's broader commitment to delivering positive experiences globally.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Partner with our analytics function to develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to Trust and Safety's mission.
+ Create and deliver reports that inform strategic decision-making for Trust and Safety leadership.
+ Implement and manage OKR framework that aligns with Trust and Safety's priorities and contributes to Global Affairs' broader mission.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for resourcing needs, including working with cross-functional partners.
+ Partner with leadership to articulate priorities, business needs, and risks to the business and the mission.
