The Process & Controls Senior Analyst will perform physical security functions that measure and improve effectiveness to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. To be dependable and competent in this role, it is essential to understand security principles, technical knowledge, and have excellent critical thinking skills. Physical Security Senior Analysts must possess effective communication, analytical and detailed skills, and able to effectively monitor and manage in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. By having these qualities, Physical Security Senior Analysts supports the Physical Security Solutions team mission to provide initiative-taking and responsive programs focused on ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and assets entrusted to KeyCorp.

Senior Analyst Responsibilities

Risk Identification and MitigationThird Party Management assignmentsCreate and Provide Various Line of Business Analysis and ReportingResponsible for coaching and developing peers to ensure consistency and adherence to procedures, standards, and policiesMaintain LOB OversightCase ManagementParticipate in Process ImprovementsDemonstrate Effective Partnering Across LOB in Support of Corporate & Retail Goals and Priorities.Effective Time Management and Utilization of TechnologyAttend and participate in meetingsPersonal Development

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years’ experience in Physical Security or similar operational/analyst role.

Education Requirements: BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
