The Senior Operations Analyst will support site operations service performance in alignment with cross-functional partners. As a Sr Operations Analyst you will work to improve supply reliability, responsiveness and agility across a comprehensive orthopedics portfolios. Overall, you will be accountable ensuring uninterrupted operations from local site receipt to delivery at DC. You will play an important role in driving Supply Chain efficiency to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Set up a balanced production plan based off of forecast volume plan and material plan which takes into account operations efficiency, inventory, and customer service;Create and maintain Purchase Orders and ERP transactionsProactively identify issues that may impact supply, drive short- and long-term planning activities/processes and day-to-day planningSupport of timely release of orders in collaboration with local QualitySupport and collaborate to resolve mismatches/payment issues, and lead monthly renewal processCreate/update orders to external suppliers for component inventoryFollow global monthly planning schedule to deliver plans to OperationsCommunicate forecast and priorities to the Operation site; including event planning.Meet supply agreement terms and ensure timely information and payments to the external site.Support improvement projects or participate in IMT or critical issue discussionsSupport and ensure master data is accurate and updated as required for reliable MRP/ERP outputs; Set up of new ERP process flows and maintenance of master data as neededSupport SOP and business plan teamsCollaboration with partners in E2E-planners, master data team, External MAKE, Supplier Quality, Finance, Procurement, QA/QC, Value Stream Lead (VSL), and ITEnsure Monthly planning cycle in support of Business Plan processEnsure local site processes and systems are in place to support new product launchesIdentifies issue and / or follows up on escalated items; Represent local site in STEM Level 3 forums
