Up to £25.00 per hour, depending on experience

As a Senior Staff Nurse in Oncology at our Cambridge Hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, you have experience in Oncology/Haematology and a SACT (systemic anti-cancer therapies) qualification.

As a Senior Oncology Staff Nurse, you will: 

Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring.

Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can be.

Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient’s needs.

Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care. 

Provide day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students.
