The Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant plays a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale OCM initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves applying advanced OCM theories and models to develop comprehensive change management plans, conducting in-depth stakeholder analyses, and assessing the impact of proposed changes. The Senior Analyst/Consultant collaborates with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective change implementation. This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive successful organizational change.
*Although primarily remote, the individual must live within a 50-mile radius of Scott AFB, IL as you will be required on-site occasionally.
Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to analyze data sources, identify the best sources for stakeholder information, and establish and maintain relationships with key points of contactDevelop relationships with stakeholders and has a working knowledge of the organization's business operations, objectives, and industry context to align change initiatives with strategic goalsAnalyze the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, culture, and peopleExecute a plan to collect and update stakeholder information, establish mechanisms to collect feedback for ensuring ongoing data accuracy and relevance, and adjust plan for effective change management strategyCoordinate with the client and other Organizational Change Management (OCM) representatives to ensure stakeholder information is consistently reviewed and updatedAssist in articulating requirements for the Stakeholder Management Tool to aligns with the needs of the stakeholdersSupport the development, testing, and training activities related to the stakeholder management tool and coordinate with training specialist to develop training objectives in meeting OCM needsSupport OCM process and oversee development of OCM plans and other project deliverables: roadmap, communications plan, training plan, strategy, etc.Helps to identify and support key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the change initiativeTracks progress and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholdersSupports pre and post-implementation surveys and the data collection, analysis, and reporting of resultsEnsure tool compliance with Government data categorization and protection standardsApply OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Change Management Model) to develop and implement OCM assessments and strategiesWork with training specialists to define training objectives and support the delivery of tailored training programs for stakeholders Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiativesStrong written and verbal communication skills to convey the purpose and benefits of change, as well as to engage and influence stakeholders effectivelyUnderstanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step Model, Lewin's Change Management Model)Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback, identifying trends, and making recommendations to refine OCM strategies. Understands human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics in the context of changeUnderstands stakeholders needs, concerns, and influence within their organizationExcellent communication skills, written and verbalExcellent organization skillsEligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
Preferred
Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information, providing reports, and creating dashboardsEligible candidates with federal experience are prioritizedExperience with using ServiceNowAdvanced change management certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Advanced Practitioner) is a plus.Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certifications is a plus.Previous Federal Consulting Experience#LI-Hybrid
