A Senior Management Information Analyst is a role requiring numeracy and varied experience in analysis or data handling, aptitude to learn to use analytical tools and produce standardised reports and charts, may be working on projects with limited scope under the guidance of other analysts and more senior role levels, replicating existing analysis and data technique.

Primary Responsibilities

Contribute towards the development of customer service strategies, policies, andSupporting the Service Delivery Director in the Reporting and MI for multiple clients including Freenet and Deutsche TelekomTaking ownership of preparing MI reports across all areas of performance measurementBeing responsible for timely delivery of all periodic reports within agreed SLAAnalysing and reviewing team performance to seek for efficiencies and build short/mid/long time strategiesCo-operating with internal stakeholders to support them with key decisions around running operationsProviding analysis of reports, maintaining an environment of continuous and measurable improvementWorking closely with operations management in order to maximise data usage by identifying and recommending opportunities to increase sales volumes and maximise revenueCo-ordinating and preparing all data extraction and cleansing within agreed parametersHolding regular meetings with client reviewing performance of existing tasks and campaignsResponsible for modelling advanced tools supporting senior stakeholders to make strategic decisions for existing operationsCreating client facing weekly, month and quarterly business reviews.

Strong communication skillsVery good written and verbal skills in English allowing fluent communication on a daily basisAdvanced level of proficiency and experience in MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas/functions, and chartsExperience with Visualisation tools like Power BI etc at an analyst levelLogical thinking and analytical skillsSelf-time-management & organization skills with ability to prioritize daily tasksAmazon Quicksight knowledge will be an asset
