Responsibilities: * Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and implement both front-end and back-end components of Mendix applications * Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications * Architecture and Design: Create robust, scalable, and maintainable application architectures and designs * Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of applications through comprehensive testing, debugging, and code reviews * Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of application design, development processes, and user manuals * Integration: Customize and extend Mendix functionality using widgets, microflows, JavaScript actions and third-party services using APIs * DevOps: Participate in the continuous deployment through Mendix cloud to streamline application delivery * Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Mendix features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes * Project Management: Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions * Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
