As a Senior Medical Device Driver, you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for our representatives and customers.
Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnelArrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locationsLoad, unload, or stack containers, materials, or productsCreate and/or review lists of delivery and pick-upsRecord transactions and issues on customer receiptsProvide customer service in surface transportationField customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team membersPerforms and/or schedules preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance recordsAdvises supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicleResponsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilizationWhat you need:
RequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDTwo (2) years relevant work experiencePossess a valid driver’s license with no restrictionsAbility to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as neededPreferredAssociate’s degreeDriver/ courier experience in a customer-facing environmentTravel Percentage: 0%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
