You will join a team that works on Water infrastructure projects, not only locally, but across New Zealand and the wider Asia Pacific region. + You will work alongside our Senior leaders and Principal Engineers to support and grow the business whilst ensuring your own development is second to none. **What you need to bring** + Our preferred candidate for this role will have proven technical experience in diverse aspects of Mechanical Engineering for water infrastructure projects. + You will have proven experience in leading project teams to deliver complex water or wastewater treatment plant designs in traditional and design build environments. + You will be a people person, with exceptional communication skills and the technical understanding in your discipline. + You will have proven experience in leading diverse teams and managing resources. + You will have an understanding of 3D Design software requirements. + You will be experienced dealing with a range of clients and stakeholders including local authorities, government bodies and commercial companies. + In this exciting position, your own self-management skills will be as important as your technical and project management ones.
