Senior Material Data Master Operation Analyst
**Country:** Mexico **Location:** LOC5017: Carrier - Finance Shared, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico **Key Responsibilities:** As an Senior Material Data Master Operation Analyst you’ll be responsible for: + Executing activities done by the MDM Operations team within all capabilities provided, including Master Data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs, point of contact for MDM CoE and business, issue solving (root cause analysis), and process performance monitoring. + Maintaining Master Data following the data quality, controls, and compliance rules and regulations. + Adhering to SLAs and reporting/escalating exceptions to the Operations domain Lead. + Notifying business users on the status of requests (e.g., rejected requests and reasons). + Conducting issue root cause analyses and acting as the IT touchpoint for system issue fixes. + Supporting the monitoring of MDM services performance and MDM end-to-end processes timelines. + Supporting MDM Operations management and collaborating with the MDM CoE for new service introduction, including participating in project testing phases, producing SOPs, and training materials. + Supporting the data archiving and/or de-activation process with checks for open transactions and/or use in other systems. + Supporting monthly operations sample auditing and its reporting. + Supporting MDM field audits. + Keeping MDM Operations documentation up to date (e.g., SOP, training materials). + When applicable, responsible for data entry into information systems. + Responding to business for additional information on the completeness and accuracy of master data requests, including the process to follow and updates on request status. + Demonstrating good communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries. + Supporting the MDM Operations Lead and Domain Lead with process standardization and optimization to drive down total cost to serve and enhance customer satisfaction through continuous improvements. + Exhibiting a customer service mindset with excellent customer service skills. + Building working relationships and fostering communication with internal customers within and across organizational and geographic boundaries. **Requirements** We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative. As a minimum, you must have: + Bachelor’s degree. + Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a shared service center. + Working experience supporting MDM operational processes preferred. + Experience in the implementation of MDM in a Shared Services environment preferred. + Experience interfacing with business operational customers and IT. + Experience in root cause analysis. + Experience in MDM application systems as a key user (preferably SAP and SAP MDG). + Experience in continuous improvements preferred. + Experience in complex IT system environments as a user. + Experience in complex business environments with multiple stakeholders, including service providers for both IT and organizational/process capabilities. + Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality output. + Ability to manage dialogue with support functions and key stakeholders. + Good communication skills. + Ability to partner for issue management/escalation. + International mindset – sensitive to cultural differences. **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
