Senior Master Data Analyst

As a Senior Master Data Analyst you are the expert on all things GS1. Your vast knowledge of GS1 standards will serve you well as you help manage processes within Dot as well as communication with our business partners. Focus on the continued implementation of the standards will help increase sales and drive efficiencies throughout the supply chain.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Use your expert knowledge of GS1 standards to help drive improvements within the department Lead communication on the value of GDSN, Package Measurement, GTIN Allocation Rules, and FSMA 204 to internal and external business partners Represent Dot Foods on industry committees to help shape GDSN and FSMA 204 best practices, policies, and procedures Develop reporting to communicate progress on the teams strategic initiatives, to aid in workload balancing, and track goal progress Act as SME for all Master Data processes and systems – AS400, Item Manager, PIM, Aligntrac, and 1WorldSync Conduct training and mentor new team members Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing Expert experience with Product Data Governance, GS1 standards, GTIN allocation rules, GDSN, & PIM 3+ years with GS1 Standards experience including participation on industry committees Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with medium level knowledge in Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Effective verbal and written communication Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with internal & external customers Excellent leadership, organization, and follow-up skills Success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Understanding of the benefits of accurate data for the entire supply chain Complex and creative problem-solving skills Project Management experience

ROLE SPECIFICS

Salary Grade – S15 Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train for customer/vendor calls, training, or meetings.
