We are looking for a professional and motivated individual to join our team as a Sr. Marketing Specialist. The Sr. Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to enhance community branding, digital presence, and reputation management. The Senior Marketing Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and contribute to the overall success of marketing strategies.

What are the responsibilities of a Marketing Specialist?

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance community branding and optimize digital marketing effectiveness.

Track and analyze sales data using key quantitative metrics to identify trends, sales patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market, identifying needs for new marketing strategies and making recommendations to leadership.

Assist in the design and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including website content, social media, PPC, and video marketing.

Oversee the development of digital and print marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.

Coordinate the development of multimedia assets, including high-end renderings, 3D floor plans, virtual staging, and videography projects.

Schedule and coordinate professional photography and video shoots for community marketing purposes.

Monitor and analyze digital content performance, providing recommendations to enhance user experience and engagement.

Assist in community reputation management, monitoring online reviews and social media presence while developing response strategies.

Work closely with marketing leaders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Support marketing initiatives related to capital improvement projects, including updates to model apartments, signage, and community amenities.

Collaborate with relevant resources to address operational issues, improve efficiencies, and strengthen the organization's market position.

Leadership & Collaboration Responsibilities:

Act as a positive advocate of the organization's strategic direction and initiatives, ensuring alignment with mission, vision, and values.

Work closely with marketing leaders to execute department goals and strategic initiatives.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with property management, revenue management, and leasing teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Assist in training leasing and management teams on social media best practices and online reputation management.

Participate in talent attraction and retention processes, including interviewing and onboarding new team members as needed.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, systems, and productivity standards.

What are the Role Requirements?

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field, preferred. Education or applied experience in video shoots and editing preferred. Creative directorial capabilities based on experience or education. Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining digital files and archives. Demonstrated proficiency in creative development. Ability to adapt to digital platforms, analytics, and analytics review and reporting. Close attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be proficient in social media. Must be willing to travel via auto or flights to various locations via private or public air transportation. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools. Ability to work cooperatively with others. Must present the ability to execute job duties under stressful circumstances such as last-minute deadlines or other difficult situations. Must have a valid driver’s license. Regular attendance, work ethic and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.
