This role will focus on understanding customer behavior to inform the creation of data-driven strategies that drive customer retention and engagement. With a strong emphasis on strategic development, this leader will translate insights into actionable activation plans that achieve measurable results. They will mentor and develop a small team, fostering growth and excellence. Additionally, they will oversee digital paid media efforts in collaboration with agency partners, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and achieve campaign goals. If you are a results-driven marketer with a passion for customer loyalty and strategic leadership, we want to hear from you! ________________________________________ **Qualifications** + Experience: 8+ years in marketing strategy, with a strong focus on retention marketing, loyalty programs or customer relationship management, 3+ years in marketing leadership position. + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications. MBA or advanced degree preferred. + Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing small teams. + Strong Strategic planning skills, with the ability to create and implement data-driven retention and loyalty strategies. + Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on results. + Hands-on experience with email and loyalty systems and automation tools. + Expertise in digital and social marketing. + Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and digital marketing channels. + Preferred: retail marketing experience, localized marketing experience, farm, and home experience ________________________________________ **Key Responsibilities** Strategy and Leadership: + Own and manage the loyalty program, ensuring it delivers value to customers and achieves business objectives. + Develop and implement retention and loyalty strategies to drive measurable results and support overall business goals. + Provide strategic direction for paid media campaigns, collaborating with agency partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and ROI goals. + Create data-driven measurement plans and optimize strategies based on performance insights. + Analyze customer journeys and insights to identify opportunities for improving engagement and retention. + Lead, coach, and mentor a small team, fostering growth and a high-performing culture. Data Analysis and Insights: + Build targeted customer segments and track performance to provide actionable insights that increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and drive repeat purchases. + Analyze market trends and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities, optimize conversion rates, and enhance channel efficiency while reducing acquisition costs. + Establish, implement, and continuously optimize testing strategies to improve campaign performance and refine customer engagement efforts. + Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of retention and loyalty initiatives.
