Senior Marketing Manager - Digital Marketing

Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. **Job Description** The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategic leadership of audience-led digital marketing campaigns. This individual will partner internally and externally to develop strategies and execute plans that drive account production. Key responsibilities include overseeing the digital marketing investment plans in partnership with our marketing team and garnering insights from client and business data to continually refine our digital marketing strategies. **Marketing Manager core functions** : + **Strategy Development & Execution** : Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital media strategies across Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Online Video as well as Paid Search and Affiliate platforms to drive high value patient acquisition across various service lines. + **Campaign Management** : Manage media agency to deliver end-to-end campaign processes, from planning and budgeting to execution, optimization, and reporting, ensuring that all campaigns meet or exceed performance KPIs (e.g. CPA, CPL) + **Data-Driven Decision Making and Storytelling** : Utilize data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Salesforce monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and make adjustments to optimize ROI and inform actionable insights to leadership, focusing on performance trends, campaign ROI, and actionable recommendations for future initiatives. + **Budget Management** : Oversee the allocation and management of digital media budgets, ensuring efficient spend across multiple platforms to maximize conversion and returns. + **Measurement:** Drive rigorous and iterative experimentation roadmaps across elements such as creative, targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, landing pages, etc. + **Innovation** : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Online Video advertising, and apply these insights to continuously improve strategies and tactics. **Basic Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • 10 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results **Preferred Qualifications:** + Broad experience/understanding of all facets of marketing, with B2B marketing, bank, and/or payment experience + Expertise in Digital Channels: Proven expertise in driving acquisition in Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest), Programmatic Display, and Online Video (YouTube, OTT), and Affiliate. + Experience driving nationwide campaigns, communications, and go-to-market initiatives + Proven ability to develop, execute, and communicate a long-term strategic vision while also balancing immediate priorities and opportunities in a dynamic, rapidly-changing, process-dependent, team-based environment with multiple internal decision makers and stakeholders + Strong quantitative and analytical abilities: ability to pull your own data to answer questions then develop insights to take action from that data + Experience developing integrated campaigns and strategy leveraging paid, earned, and owned marketing channels + Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills + Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment + Ability to be a team player, flexible, excellent communicator, results-oriented, service-oriented, with a passion for creativity and innovation + Good organizational and project management skills + Self-motivated with a positive attitude + MBA/MS or equivalent markers of high achievement **Location Expectations** The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
