Your New Role…
The Local Kids Marketing teams are essential to helping grow brand awareness and love for all kids' platforms in the local regions and representing the Kids business to partners and other business lines. Their objective is to drive growth, engage local fans, deliver internal performance, publishing and commercial targets. Working with various internal and external stakeholders to amplify programming, marketing and franchise initiatives and to execute production briefs, scheduling, coordinating approvals and delivery of projects on time, on budget and on scope.
The Senior Marketing Coordinator is an essential member of the EMEA marketing team, driving the localization of the overarching EMEA brand strategy, adapting it to local business needs and working on tactical activations that support WBD and local Affiliate partners (Sky).

Your Role Accountabilities…
Strategy: Support Brand Marketing Manager in devising brand strategy and alignment for the kids pay linear channels (Cartoon Network, Boomerang) and related digitally owned platforms. Help shape the Go To Market strategies and ensure the marketing objectives are locally understood and aligned. Track and analyze key priorities performance and implement strategies and tactics to respond to consumer trends and opportunities.Stakeholder Management: Create and build a fluent relationship with our local affiliate partners (Sky), maintaining a collaborative relationship across all activities. Devise and deliver strategic local campaigns to drive growth and success for all our products and brands (Cartoon Network, Boomerang). Project Management: Support the Brand Marketing Manager to execute the Go To Market and franchise plans for priority IP, ensuring successful delivery of multiplatform campaigns across all touchpoints. Create campaign briefs (ideation and assets) and work in tandem with the internal (and external when necessary) agencies and the production teams to deliver 360 campaigns. Work with local teams to understand and devise the most effective methods of reaching audiences in markets.Franchise Management and Planning: Support the Brand Marketing Manager to develop when needed cross-EMEA consolidated franchise plans (IP’s positioning, objectives, strategy, tactics across each function, timelines) for each priority IP encompassing all brand extensions and platforms and in conjunction with Content, Programming (on windowing) On-Air Promotion and Channel strategy. Work with PR and media relations to ensure consistent franchise prioritization, messaging, and events.Research and insight: Work with insights to get a better understanding of the TV, Digital, Social, and Consumer Products market (consumers, viewers and competition).Budget management – Assist the Brand Marketing Manager to manage the Italian Cartoon Network and Boomerang budget lines, (forecast future budgets, payment of vendors) ensuring department budgets are met.Leadership and key stakeholder management: Engage with colleagues in wider EMEA Marketing team to align with the overarching strategy. Become a confident brand ambassador within the multiplatform teams as brand and franchise manager. Share best practice ideas across territories.Qualifications & Experience…
