Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As our Senior Manager – Valuation in the Sydney office, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the team to support our clients within the Financial Services industry on valuation matters in various contexts, including transactions, portfolio assessment, restructuring, and strategic planning. This work typically helps clients address issues related to commercial, financial reporting, tax, regulatory matters, or strategy.
Your primary focus will include
Undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting, and disputes. Take ownership of project delivery within each team, managing and preparing valuation reports and detailed financial modelling and analysis. Think critically, identify issues, and propose strategies related to the advice being provided. Build strong working relationships with your clients, understand their issues, anticipate future opportunities, and develop solutions to meet their needs.
