Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Onboarding
RolePurpose:
Accountable for the overall delivery of a sizeable Talent Acquisition Onboarding function across the Global Service Center (GSC) for offshore services provided to USA. For this role is expected to lead a team to deliver the operation, BAU activities and continue a transformation of the function.
Principal Accountabilities
Stakeholder management that maximizes candidate and hiring manager experience aligned to values whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit and legislative requirements.Partner with suppliers (Recruitment Process Outsourcing [RPO], Managed Service Provider [MSP] Vendor Management Solution [VMS]) to maximize performance and optimize outcomes in line with service level agreements and customer expectations ensuring a high quality and cost effective service is deliveredEnsure positive customer experience (Candidates and Hiring Managers and influencing stakeholders) involved throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle to do the sameReduce time to fill vacancies to increase potential productivity.Effective management of cost and maximizing innovative efficient sourcing solutionsConsistently and rigorously vetted Candidates mitigating business riskCreation of targeted ‘Candidate Pools’ of talented individuals to support strategic business growthAccountability for diverse sourcing channels and fair selection process, in line with relevant legislation.Full understanding of the regulatory environment in USA.
