As part of the Supply Chain Intelligence team, we are actively seeking an experienced Senior Manager Supply Chain Business Insights to provide insights and actions to improve performance or to solve tough business problems through detailed root cause analysis. Ideal candidate needs to be able to build productive cross functional relationships to better understand and address business needs. Key Responsibilities
Explore insights and trends with the goal of identifying improvements to business performance and inform decision-making. Collaborate with Business Intelligence reporting teams to create a comprehensive analysis of key Global SCM KPI’s, including providing input to target setting for SCM Executive KPIs Derive actionable insights pinpointing root causes and identifying opportunities for optimizing supply chain performance with clear data-driven tradeoffs. Identify, interpret, and communicated patterns and trends (including benchmarks) linked to key business drivers, transforming insights to actionable recommendations shared with key stakeholders. Continually consider and leverage additional dataset sources (including implemented advanced analytics tools & methodologies) to improve the quality of findings and insights. Facilitate with business stakeholders the definition of how performance is measured (KPIs), ensure standardization of the measurement and communicate in alignment with strategic direction and/or guidance. Initiate and drive discussions with x-functional stakeholders to collect and consolidate feedback, prepare, and align on actions / gameplan. Manage effective and timely communication on performance management based on an agreed drumbeat.

Requisite Education and Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in multinational environment Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, General Business, Analytics, or a related field. Masters preferred. Experience with data analytics, managing data from multiple sources and interpreting results Hands on experience of BI solutions with software’s such as Power BI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Solid presentation and storytelling skills Good understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies
