Key Responsibilities
Description of duties & activities
Drive Sales Growth
Generate sales through System Integrators & exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales plan. Develop new customers across India. Bid for Special high value projects thru customers. Create pull for Copeland products thru consultant, architect outreach program.
Marketing
Create Project funnel & pursue the projects at each stage to finally win the project .
Size the high temperature heating market & develop product strategy. Build Customer and Competition product matrix
Technical Support
Closely work with AE , Engg & Quality teams to address field failures & build customer communication.
Provide design inputs to Engg team for New Product Development.
Generate value story / white paper along with Marketing team for Copeland Heat Pump products
Education and Professional Qualifications:
BE (Mech) MBA
Requirements and Attributes:
Should have fair knowledge of HVAC & R and Heating Industry & it’s dynamics. Min. 7 Years of Experience
Should be highly focused & highly Result Oriented
Assertive, Outspoken, Clarity of thoughts
Ready to travel extensively & meet / be-friend new people
Ability to resolve conflicts & work under ambiguous conditions
Should be expert in MS Office applications, SalesForce (CRM Tool)
