Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading RISM's Transformation in Supply Resilience and Analytics. Delivers business solutions that are globally effective and applicable to support the execution of the procurement vision and strategy.

What You Will Do:

This role leads a group of individual contributors that deliver projects associated with lean procurement processes, global market understanding, tools, and systems. Collaborating with other members of the RISM transformation team and RISM Category Managers, Buyers and SDE's to build process and data solutions using the PROcure suite of tools, as well as other software applications to improve the overall internal quality and velocity of procurement processes. This role will champion key strategic initiatives such as the development of standardized best practices, and the development and deployment of associated tools & training. The role assists RISM in driving PROcure adoption and identifying continuous improvement opportunities/projects, including standardization and simplification, and mitigating risks.

Education Requirement:

Degree preferred, but will accept 15+ years of progressive information systems or procurement experience

•    Utilizes designated data analysis software to analyze the data.

•    Recommends processes for selecting measurements and approaches for cost-benefit analyses.

Category Management:
•    Advises on streamlining the procurement strategy to realize the strategic benefits of category management.
•    Designs and develops supplier agreements and procurement policies with standard terms and conditions.
•    Identifies roadblocks in the implementation of category management and recommends innovative solutions.
•    Prepares reports to evaluate the impact of category management on the procurement process and present ROI data to management.
•    Supervises the execution of all stages of the category management process.
•    Trains others on category management to ensure a streamlined procurement process.

Procurement Function:
•    Advises on how to use advanced technologies and tools for procurement functions.
•    Provides appropriate solutions to complex procurement problems.
•    Coaches others on the procedures and main considerations of procurement.
•    Works with various complex procurement programs and activities in the organization.
•    Improves processes to maximize procurement's efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Builds key relationships and dependencies with other business functions and providers.

Additional Information

The location for this position is Mossville, IL.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

This position may require up to 15% travel.

Summary Pay Range:

$156,000.00 - $234,000.00
