Purpose

As a key member of the NAM Finance Team, this role acts as the financial consultant for the North America organization

by providing recommendations to enable and drive fact-based decision-making. Plays a leadership role in how the

organization forecasts, tracks, manages, and reports all aspects of the PEX spending.

Partners with multiple departments on cross functional and strategic projects to address business risks and

opportunities and to drive creative outcomes.

Key Accountabilities · Provide financial guidance and influence to Senior Management to assist in making business decisions and achieve growth, by driving PEX spending to the optimal options · Manage the standardized monthly deliverables and communication, to FP&A, to the NAM Finance team, and SLT · Support senior management with detailed financial analysis and other ad hoc reporting and project needs · Manage and maintain integrity of the annual budgeting and dynamic forecasting processes · Develop and implement creative process improvements and best-known practices while simplifying current financial management processes · Identify and analyse business risks and opportunities to determine impact on financial results, including post-mortems on outcomes · Lead and participate in cross functional projects as required.
