We have an amazing opportunity to join Nordic organisation as a Senior Manager to lead the team’s mission of influencing dental professionals to drive the usage and recommendation of Oral-B products!

Oral-B has an impressive reputation for the development of innovative, market leading oral health care products which consistently delight the consumer and challenge current thinking. Our goal is to fuel a strong team, identify opportunities, and deliver key results for the Professional Oral Health business through external influencing, strategic analysis, and planning. As part of this role, you will lead our team of territory managers and be the leader who delivers strong multi-functional team partnership, in close collaboration with Nordic Category Leader.

Key responsibilities:

Team leader:

Conduct Field Visits: spend 2 days per week in the field coaching territory managers by identifying areas for development and building on strengths as it relates to the strategic influencing process.Demonstrating with customers to develop skills in the team or delivering role play to facilitate capability of the territory managers.Provide input on and deliver training programs to team to effectively build strategic influencing process skills and the level of technical product knowledge needed to drive professional usage & recommendations.

Business Management and Operations

Coach individual territory managers on execution of business plans and their personal development including annual performance reviews and salary management.  Prepare and co-lead monthly business reviews.

Strategic analysis and planning

Collaborate with multi-functional teams, providing field inputs and insights on dental business plan priority projects and initiatives.Analyse insights and propose recommendations to improve operations execution, work closely with Category Leader and multi-functional team to update Professional Oral Health Strategy and focus areas.

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:A team leader with previous experience(s) of people management and operations responsibilities.Strong analytical and communication skills: analyse data sets, identify trends, articulate business insights clearly, and turn them into recommendations/actions.Executional excellence: successful track record of delivering with excellence complex projects.Forward thinker who can quickly adapt to new cultures/systems.Fluent oral and written language skills in one of the Nordic languages and English.Valid driver’s license.Above all a passion for winning!
