Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, 2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertiseHands-on experience with one or more programming languages (Java, Spring Boot, Python) & AWS (Note: AWS experience is mandatory)Experience with middleware/integration technologies such as Kafka and MQProven experience in leading technology projects and managing technologistsProficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.Basic knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systemsPractical cloud-native experience, with hands-on experience in AWSEducation in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplines
