Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Engineering to join our FieldEdge team within our FieldServices Product portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire our engineering department, driving innovation and excellence in our projects and processes.

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering team, aligning department goals with overall organizational objectivesOversee multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherenceDevelop and implement engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and continuous improvement initiativesManage resource allocation, budgeting, and capacity planning for the engineering departmentMentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growthStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain the company's competitive edgeEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocolsRepresent the engineering department in executive-level meetings and decision-making processesDrive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve engineering capabilities and outcomes

Qualifications8+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a management or leadership roleProven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organizationProficiency in engineering software and tools, including CAD and PLM systemsDemonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and resource allocationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsIn-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and industry standardsExperience with budget management and financial planning in an engineering contextFamiliarity with emerging technologies and trends in the engineering fieldAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

The average base salary pay range for this role is between  $160,000 -170,000

May be considered for a discretionary bonus
