Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast, plan, and schedule logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination with procurement, production, and distribution activities. Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and adherence to best practices. Proactively identify potential risks and challenges in logistics operations and develop mitigation plans to maintain uninterrupted supply chain activities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as transportation providers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth logistics operations. Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and transportation routes, driving operational efficiencies and cost savings.
