We are looking a Senior Manager – IT Project Management who can efficiently manage portfolio of technology projects with teams spreading across multiple time zonesMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.Compile & maintain RIAD logCompile and maintain Project Plan – may consist of multiple workstreams e.g. application development, migration, document generation etc.Must have excellent Communication skills both verbal and writtenMust be flexible and willingness to adopt to changeEstablish and enforce project management policies, standards, and procedures.Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks.(SDLC/Agile Framework)Collaborate with department heads to ensure the availability of necessary resources.Monitor resource utilization and recommend adjustments as necessary.Identify and assess project risks and issues.Develop and implement mitigation plans.Escalate critical issues to senior management.What is in it for you?

Program and project management experience and extensive expertise in managing projects using agile methodology and toolsDemonstrates engagement and ownership of project(s) and drives deliveryCreates and maintains all documents that support the PMO Methodology such as detailed risk plan and project plan including resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, dependencies, etc., keeping plans updated through the project lifecycle.Collates and tracks program status information and project artifacts at various stages of a projects lifecycle (finances, resources).Ensures methodology compliance, auditing and tracking of ongoing projects; using the agreed tools at regular intervals to ensure projects are on course and follows the approved methodology.Analyses project progress and financial data and provides value add reports on a weekly/monthly basis to key stakeholders. Meets with Portfolio managers/stakeholders and reviews data.Provides appropriate reporting and information in a format that enables timely decision making and issue resolution by the Steering Group and Sponsors, and in turn to a higher governance boardExperience with Project Portfolio Management tools (Planview, etc.) to manage resource plans and financialsIdentifies and understands project dependencies and works with program manager and leads to ensure work schedules, resources, and milestones are alignedRecommends corrective actions on projects, if required.Works close with Program and Portfolio managers to review finances.Works with Senior IT Management to agree on yearly timeline.Supports Program Managers in creating Budget submissions.Reviews and collates Budget submissions, provides quality reports.What you need to have:
5+ years project management experience.Excellent client facing skills.A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software or technology environment.The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines.Exposure to different delivery methodologies.What makes you stand out?Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).What makes you stand out?
