Key Accountabilities

Key partner to R&D Site Leader & R&D Leadership Team

Actively contribute to the business strategy and execution as a member of the BRD Leadership TeamPartner with BRD leaders on all people and talent matters

Strategy & Change

Design & drive HR Strategy in sync with business strategy and overall One India HR StrategyManage Organisational change in line with organizational priorities

Engagement & Culture

Drive a High Performance cultureDrive Baxter cultural valuesDrive high engagement scores for the unit (BPTW)Create an engaging work environment

Talent Management

Actively drive the talent agenda to ensure high quality talent through levers of hiring, development, succession planning, TRP, internal movements, mentoring etc.Drive high quality talent processes such as TRP, 30.60.90 days onboarding, ACE etc.Drive diversity & inclusion

Planning & Budgeting

Drive payroll cost planning / budgetingDrive adherence to payroll budgets

Comp & Benefits

In partnership with C&B COE drive annual salary planning, Sales incentive strategy/design/penetration, policies & benefits for unit

People Management

Engage & develop the BRD HR teamEffective collaboration with COEs, hiring team etc.Partner with business to ensure Org structures support the business goalsEnsure layers, spans etc. are in line with Baxter principles

Qualifications

Post Graduate in Human Resources with an overall experience of at least 10-12 years including 5 years of HR leadership role.

Must possess a strong knowledge of all HR disciplines including applicable labour laws.

A demonstrated track record in working in highly matrixed organisations. Courage and comfort in engaging senior leaders. Agility, Digitally savviness and Emotional Quotient should be high. Good in consulting and problem solving, coaching, collaborating with a strong customer orientation/employee orientation.
