Reporting to the Director of Global Tax Planning and Projects, the **Senior Manager Global Tax Strategy and M&A** will work closely with the global tax department, corporate functional teams, and local operating company teams to support the development, execution, and documentation of Veralto’s global tax strategy and M&A. This role is responsible for collaborating with and supporting the global tax strategy team primarily addressing mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), tax strategy, cash management, and transfer pricing. This role will develop strong relationships with corporate development, treasury, controllership, legal, FP&A, and global operational teams.
This position is part of the Finance & Accounting team, located in Waltham, MA, and will be remote. This role requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally periodically.
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ **M&A Support** – Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, pre- and post-transaction structuring, integration, legal document review, and financing.
+ **Strategic Tax Planning** – Collaborate on global tax initiatives that align with the company’s broader strategies, working closely with the Director of Global Tax Planning and Projects. Lead and support rationalization efforts.
+ **Cash Management** – Support intercompany cash flow initiatives, including repatriation strategies, intercompany loans, and other financial transactions in coordination with the treasury team.
+ **Transfer Pricing** – Maintain a strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations and effectively incorporate these principles into global tax strategies and deal structuring.
+ **Strategic Business Partnering** – Serve as a trusted advisor to Veralto’s business development team and operating companies. Provide guidance on tax compliance, potential tax benefits and risks, and the tax implications of key business decisions.
+ **International Tax Advisory** – Collaborate with external business partners and tax advisors to execute due diligence, assess transaction impacts, and advise senior tax leadership on potential implications and risk mitigation strategies.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ 10+ years of M&A experience, including pre- and post-acquisition planning, due diligence, legal document review, and integration.
+ Strong expertise in cross-border structuring and a deep understanding of U.S. and international tax regulations related to global tax planning.
+ Proven operational experience in a complex, global enterprise or as a manager (or equivalent) at a major law or accounting firm advising multinational organizations.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Finance, or Accounting required. CPA and/or JD certification required.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in **financing structuring** and **cash management** .
+ Background in **transfer pricing and supply chain planning** .
+ Familiarity with **tax technology solutions, automation, and transformation initiatives** .
+ **MST or MBA** is a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $106400 - $186000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
