Senior Manager - Gaming Ops
Position Summary

Senior Manager, Gaming Operations is responsible to provide guidance to Manager/Senior/Analyst on supporting the Gaming related systems and business users. He/She should be able to provide clear directions, goals and visions to Gaming Operations team. Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Ensure quality service to be delivered to each of the Business Areas by having good stakeholders' engagement and ongoing communications. Works closely with system vendors, IS&T Gaming Solutions and infrastructure technical teams to deliver robust solutions with a high degree of quality and business capability.

Primary Responsibility Design and develop operational processes and standards Plan and Manage team resources for different projects and tasks Define KPIs and development plans for each individuals Review performance for each individuals in a regular basis Leading any production system maintenance and implementation in Gaming area Managing QA and UAT for upgrade patches on production systems Review and response to audit and security requirements Review and response to business recommendations and requirements to maintain / improve service level and quality Execute SDLC processes Manage project in terms of work quality, deliverables and timeliness Manage vendors ensuring open and transparent relationship that clearly define the preferential status of Galaxy and demostates a beneficial service Fostering a learning culture with the team to promote cross breeding of skill sets and problem solving attitude Requirements Minimum of 5 years systems related experience with strong focus on gaming application and/or technical leadership Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Information Systems Management or equivalent Fluent English and Cantonese are required Casino / Resort pre-opening or major software upgrade experiences Effective time management and organization skills with the capacity to hand multi projects Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve conflicts Communication, negotiation, operational, problem solving and project management skills are required Understanding on CISA/CISSP, PMP, ITIL is an advantage Ability to adopt always changing working environment and able to handle unexpected situations Willing to work overtime, commit and delegate to any work assignments, and ability to motivate the team Work under on-call basis if needed
